Terms & Conditions of purchase


You can order and pay online by Credit/Debit card and PayPal. After processing your payment, we do not retain your details.

We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. We will contact you if we have any problems taking payment from the card details you provide during the order process. Reserving or taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within 14 days of us advising you that your order has not been accepted).

If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.

If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of a pricing error and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within thirty (30) days of cancellation).

Product Descriptions and Availability

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.

All items are offered subject to availability. Prices include VAT, if applicable. Postage and packing is an additional charge which is advised at checkout.

A maximum of three editions may be ordered by any one person, unless otherwise stated.


Zabludowicz Art Projects can arrange for the framing of all editions. We use third parties suppliers. Please contact the gallery for further information and prices on info@zabludowiczcollection.com.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to send orders within two working days of receiving your payment, excluding Mondays, unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at time of purchase.

We will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery time.

Returns Policy

Where goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied you have 5 working days from when you receive your items to email info@zabludowiczcollection.com, including pictures of the damaged item(s) and package(s). We will ask you to return the goods at your cost to Zabludowicz Collection, 176 prince of Wales Road London NW5 3PT. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. Zabludowicz Art Projects will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods if it is proven to be a fault by the Gallery. We are not responsible for damages caused by the courier or post office. All shipments will be insured for up to £50 per shipment, please advise upon placing your order if you need this amount to be altered. Zabludowicz Art Projects shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid for the goods by you. Postage is not refundable.
